Where It All Began

Machines once hummed here. Paper rustled, steam danced, and the walls echoed with the voices of those who, every day, shaped the future with rolls of cellulose. In the heart of a bustling working-class neighborhood, this paper mill was a place of creation of ideas, of stories, of renewal.

From Industry to Innovation

The machines may have stopped, but their spirit lives on. 

The site has been reimagined not erased into a dynamic, sustainable district. Now home to the Marly Innovation Center (MIC), the area embraces creativity, technology, and circular thinking. What was once a symbol of industry is now a catalyst for transformation.

It’s a place to create, to connect, and to simply be a place to stay, meet, and enjoy.

Introducing Hôtel des Innovations

At the center of MIC rises a bold landmark: Hôtel des Innovations. 

Thirteen floors of vision, comfort, and sustainability built right where the spirit of production once lived. This isn’t a break from the past. It’s its continuation, elevated with purpose. More than a hotel, it’s a statement: a tribute to the site's past, and a cornerstone of MIC’s future where hospitality meets innovation.

Here, the slogan “ Stay , Meet , Enjoy ” isn’t just branding it’s a philosophy woven into every floor, every detail, every experience.
