Our rooms are guaranteed ready from 3:00 pm. Someone is always available at the front desk to assist you, 24/7. Therefore, late night check-in's are also possible.
Rooms are to be freed at 12:00 PM. You can ask the reception desk for a late check-out. Any check-out made after 12:00 PM is charged at a flat rate of CHF 80.- per room.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Twint, Maestro, Amex, Postcard, Reka, Union pay, V pay, Diners or cash. A credit card is always required for guarantee.
Our underground parking garage can welcome up to 60 cars. Parking spaces cannot be reserved and are available depending on occupancy. The parking fare is CHF 2.- per hour between 08:00 AM until 18:00 PM and CHF 1.- per hour between 18:00 PM until 08:00 AM. You can get a parking pass for the duration of your stay at a price of CHF 15.- per night, per car. When booking your room, just select the "Parking" enhancement.
EV charging stations are available in our underground parking, simply tell the reception desk that you have an electric vehicle upon your arrival.
The Hotel des Innovations offers multiple DELUXE rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. When booking, select the category "Deluxe with balcony PMR".
A bus stop is located just 2 minutes by foot from the hotel. The buses going to the Fribourg train station run every 15 minutes.
Yes, pets are allowed inside the Hotel des Innovations at a supplement of 15.- per night. You can add the pet option in the enhancements of your booking.
When booking your room, please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need an extra bed. Please note that an extra bed is only available in the category of Deluxe, Superior, Appartment, Junior Suite.
Your are welcome to bring your bike and store it safely in our undergroung parking garage.

The local tourist tax for staying at a hotel room is of CHF 3.- per night, per person.
A self-service boutique is available on the right of the reception desk in the hallway where you'll find food and basic amenities like toothbrushes, combs, shaving kits etc. You can also add items from the boutique directly into your invoice by asking the reception desk.
The Hotel des Innovations won't leave you out in the rain. Umbrellas are available for borrow at the reception, simply ask the reception desk.
There is hypoallergenic bedding available on request. Please feel free to ask the reception desk.

You will find the laundry list in your room. There is also a laundry bag in which you can give us your laundry. We provide laundry service from Monday to Friday.
